The living area has an elegant dining table and chairs for eight people, a flat screen TV with Swedish and Sky channels and security surveillance system so you can watch the children at the pool. Adjoining the dining room is a fully fitted kitchen with six burner gas hob and a breakfast table and chairs.

From the living area there is access to a large balcony with seating. The master Bedroom is also on this floor. It has a walk in wardrobe, flat screen TV, large picture windows with wonderful views and bathroom. From this bathroom it is possible to go straight to the terrace and down to the pool.

There is another bedroom on this floor with two single beds which has the use of another full bathroom. From the living area you go downstairs to the "play room" with bar, seating area with flat screen TV, ping-pong table and dart board! There is a bedroom, bathroom and utility room and access out to the terrace, garden and pool.

There is also a multi gym with a six person jacuzzi. Next to the gym there is a separate annex with its own entrance that has a large living area with sofa bed for two people, a second kitchen and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed.

This villa is ideal for two families who wish to share a holiday yet still have the privacy and convenience of separate accommodation.
