With a private pool forming part of the lovely Mijas La Nueva area with its two swimming pool, tennis court and small bar/restaurant, located 1.5 km from the Western end of Mijas village. The panoramic views from the property span the countryside, mountains and coastline. A car is considered to be essential in this area. The bustling coastal town of Fuengirola with its many bars and restaurants is about 8 km distant and Malaga airport can be reached by car within 20 minutes. There are many golf courses and sporting facilities nearby.

Living Room

Contains one 3 seater, one 2 seater brown leather settees, matching armchair and pouffé. Cast iron wood burning stove, TV receiving BBC1, BBC2, SKYNEWS and other free satellite channels, DVD and hi-fi unit. There is a coffee table, two side tables with lamps. The villa has recently been enhanced with new rustic style flooring throughout the ground floor rooms, and air-conditioning has been installed in the living room. The villa has lovely beamed ceilings in the upper rooms. Dining area contains a pine table and 6 chairs.
 
Kitchen

Entrance hall kitchen is newly renovated comprising fully fitted units, fridge/freezer, electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen units are a lovely cream colour with granite worktops. Guest W.C fully tiled, with WC, pedestal sink with mirrored unit above. There is also a washing machine.

Bedrooms
 
Bedroom 1: with twin beds, beamed ceiling fitted built-in wardrobes in white wood, walk-on balcony with views to Mediterranean Sea. There is also a chest of drawers and bedside cabinet with lamp.

Bedroom 2: with beamed ceiling, fitted wardrobe in white wood, twin beds, two bedside cabinets with lamps, plus chest of drawers. Doors leading on to top sun terrace.

Please note there is one single spare bed available if required.

En-suit Bathroom:  fully tiled comprising WC, bath with shower attachment, pedestal sink with mirrored unit above. There are wooden towel rails and electric heater.

Lovely Kidney shaped private pool. Mijas La Nueva also has 2 communal swimming pools and tennis court for residents use only. One of the pools is within a few minutes' walk
